Postage & Delivery

SHIPPING TO UK & NORTHERN IRELAND

We send all of our orders by Royal Mail, 1st class recorded delivery. Once we have dispatched your order we will email you with your unique tracking ID which will enable you to trace your package. Deliveries usually take no more than 2-3 working days to deliver from day of dispatch, (within the UK) and we endeavour to dispatch your goods within 24 hours of receiving your order. If we are required to ship outwith the UK we will give you a revised estimate on the time it will take to receive your order along with the tracking ID. Please take in to account in times of bad weather our delivery services can be seriously affected and being based in Aberdeen this can affect deliveries extensively over particularly harsh winter periods. We will of course keep you up to date with any potential problems with delivery and will warn you before dispatch if adverse weather conditions may affect how long it will take to receive your order.

We charge a flat postage and packaging fee of £3.50 on all orders except those discussed otherwise on specific product pages for example Skibz have free delivery). DELIVERY IS FREE TO UK ADDRESSES WHEN AN ONLINE ORDER IS OVER £40.

As all orders are sent "signed for" post, we recommend that you use a daytime address.

SHIPPING TO AN OVERSEAS DESTINATION

Unfortunately we have to charge more to customers buying from overseas. All overseas orders are sent by International Signed for post via Royal Mail. Your delivery cost will depend on the total weight of your packaging. Once you have placed your order we will email you with the top-up charge for shipping your order to your overseas address and re-direct you to another payment page on our website where you will be able to make this additional payment, (this is again through Paypal). At the time you place your order you will be charged £3.50, (the standard delivery rate) and the top-up fee would be £1.05 if for example your packaging weighs less than 0.250g. Please see all weights below.If you would like to know how much your order would likely weigh prior to placing the order, please do not hesitate to contact us by emailing sales@properclobber.com and we will guide you as quickly as possible. Returns

Non-Faulty Returns

We understand that deciding whether a garment is right for you, your child or as a gift is difficult without trying it on. Whilst we have done everything we can to supply you with all the information you may need to make a decision on your purchase, we appreciate that garments don't always fit as you expect or look as you had wanted it to. This is why we offer you a full refund or free exchange for unworn items returned within 15 working days of delivery in their original packaging. Please use the return documentation provided with our delivery note and assist us by marking the reason for your return and any comment you wish to make on our returned garments. We recommend that you use registered mail to send items back to us as we cannot accept liability for loss or damage in transit. Refunds on purchased items will be made within 15 working days. Unfortunately postage will not be refunded, unless returned within the 'Cooling Off Period' please see below. Sale items must be returned within 10 days of order, with proof of purchase. Proper Clobber will refund the cost of the purchase but is unable to refund the delivery charge for despatching the goods or returning them to us unless again the purchase is returned within the 'Cooling Off Period', please see below.

Faulty Returns

Proper Clobber takes care in ensuring that the brands stocked on this website are of the highest quality standards. However, in the unlikely event that the product has a manufacturing defect, this may be returned for a refund provided the garment is returned within a reasonable period from purchase. In normal circumstances this would be expected to be within 30 days of product despatch. Proper Clobber undertakes no warranty to refund items outside of a reasonable time period or where product return is without a clear manufacturing defect. Items that are not deemed faulty will be returned back to you.

Returns Process

If you wish to return an item, please click on the 'returns' link under the 'Customer Service' tab at the footer of the web page. You can upload all the information we require to process the return and we will in turn issue you with an RMA number. We will acknowledge your Returns Request within 48 hours of receiving it.

The 'Cooling Off Period'

If you choose to return your purchase within 7 days of receipt of goods then you are entitled to a full refund for the cost of your purchase as well as the dispatch postage.

The Contract between Us & You

Once you have successfully completed your online order with Paypal you will be re-directed to our 'successful payment' page. This explains that you will shortly receive an acknowledgment email from sales@properclobber.com confirming your order and delivery details. At the point you receive this email a contract is then formed between Us and You.
